Description
Delightful oven-fried feta rolls with crispy phyllo dough and a creamy feta filling, drizzled with chili honey.
Ingredients
- Feta cheese
- Phyllo dough or spring roll wrappers
- Olive oil
- Chili honey
- Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the feta cheese into small rectangles or squares.
- Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface.
- Place a piece of feta in the center, fold over carefully, and seal the edges.
- Brush the outside of the roll with olive oil.
- Place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle with chili honey before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Assemble the rolls a few hours ahead and store in the refrigerator. For healthier cooking, use an air fryer.
