Description

Delightful oven-fried feta rolls with crispy phyllo dough and a creamy feta filling, drizzled with chili honey.


Ingredients

  • Feta cheese
  • Phyllo dough or spring roll wrappers
  • Olive oil
  • Chili honey
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the feta cheese into small rectangles or squares.
  3. Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface.
  4. Place a piece of feta in the center, fold over carefully, and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the outside of the roll with olive oil.
  6. Place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Assemble the rolls a few hours ahead and store in the refrigerator. For healthier cooking, use an air fryer.
