Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

  2. Mix together the peanut butter, rolled oats, brown sugar, honey (or maple syrup), salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until blended.
  3. Stir in the flour gradually until a thick dough forms.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan evenly and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips or nuts on top, pressing them lightly into the dough.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are golden brown and center feels set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
