Description

A refreshing blend of ripe pineapple and zesty lime that brings the taste of summer into your glass.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped pineapple and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp.
  3. Stir in the sugar and lime juice until dissolved. Taste and adjust sugar or lime as needed.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Keep it in an airtight pitcher in the fridge for 2-3 days. Great for parties and gatherings!
