- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, half of the cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
