- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, green onions)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cooked chicken or shrimp
Instructions
- Bring the broth to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the minced ginger and garlic and let them simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables.
- Introduce the potstickers, following package instructions for cooking time.
- Optional: Add cooked chicken or shrimp and heat through.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
