Description

A multi-layered cake that beautifully combines the delicate flavors of rose water and the nutty crunch of pistachios, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ground pistachios
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • Fresh flowers or berries for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. Create the batter by beating together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl, whisking together flour, baking powder, and ground pistachios.
  5. Integrate the mixtures by gradually adding the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.
  6. Divide and pour the batter evenly across the three prepared pans, then bake for 25-30 minutes.
