Description

A delightful bowl filled with crispy potatoes, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheese served over fresh greens.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (lean preferred)
  • 1 lb red potatoes, diced
  • 12 cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow or Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Pickles, Extra lettuce, Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and air fry for 16–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-low heat and add the diced onions, cooking for about 10–15 minutes until golden.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high in the same skillet, add the ground beef, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a small mixing bowl for the sauce.
  5. Assemble the bowls by layering crispy potatoes, beef, caramelized onions, cheese, special sauce, lettuce, pickles, and garnish with parsley.

Notes
