Description

A delightful blend of crispy potatoes, seasoned beef, and fresh greens, creating a hearty and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (lean preferred)
  • 1 lb red potatoes, diced
  • 12 cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow or Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Pickles
  • Extra lettuce & fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, making sure every piece is well-coated. Air fry for 16-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Toss in the diced onions and allow them to cook for around 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Add the ground beef to the same skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  5. Assemble the bowls by layering crispy potatoes, beef, caramelized onions, melted cheese, and drizzle the special sauce. Finish with fresh lettuce and additional toppings.

Notes

Customize with additional toppings like avocado or jalapeños. Store components separately for freshness.
