Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Combine brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over the pork chops, ensuring all surfaces are coated.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chops, making sure to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the seasoned pork chops in the smoker and cook for about 90-120 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove chops from the smoker and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking. You can also season the chops a few hours in advance for deeper flavor.
