- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Combine brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture over the pork chops, ensuring all surfaces are coated.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chops, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the seasoned pork chops in the smoker and cook for about 90-120 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove chops from the smoker and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking. You can also season the chops a few hours in advance for deeper flavor.
