Description

A vibrant salad that captures the essence of spring with mixed greens, strawberries, avocado, and feta.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine)
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
