- 1 box of graham crackers
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups prepared vanilla pudding
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Pour heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form—this should take around 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold in the prepared vanilla pudding until well combined.
- Layer the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with graham crackers.
- Spread half of the creamy vanilla mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream.
- Place another layer of graham crackers over the strawberries and repeat with the remaining cream mixture and strawberries.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- When ready to serve, slice into squares and enjoy chilled.
Notes
For added crunch, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top before serving. This dessert is even better if made a day ahead.
