- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Combine herb stuffing mix with chicken broth and let it sit.
- Butterfly each chicken breast carefully.
- Season the inside and outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the soaked stuffing mixture and optional cheese.
- Secure the stuffed breasts with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with additional broth or gravy.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
