Description

Juicy stuffed chicken breasts filled with savory herb stuffing, baked to perfection for a delightful meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup herb stuffing mix
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Gravy for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Combine herb stuffing mix with chicken broth and let it sit.
  4. Butterfly each chicken breast carefully.
  5. Season the inside and outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  6. Stuff each chicken breast with the soaked stuffing mixture and optional cheese.
  7. Secure the stuffed breasts with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  8. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with additional broth or gravy.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  10. Serve warm with gravy.
