- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 4 Bread rolls or baguettes
- 3 tbsp Thai chili sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 cups Lettuce
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (cilantro or basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil for frying
Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in a non-stick skillet with oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise and Thai chili sauce in a bowl.
- Slice the bread rolls in half and spread the sauce inside both halves.
- Layer the cooked chicken, lettuce, cucumber, and carrots inside the bread.
- Add fresh herbs over the layers.
- Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
