Description

A flavorful Thai Chicken Sandwich featuring juicy chicken, creamy mayonnaise with Thai chili sauce, and crisp vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 4 Bread rolls or baguettes
  • 3 tbsp Thai chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Lettuce
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (cilantro or basil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken in a non-stick skillet with oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise and Thai chili sauce in a bowl.
  4. Slice the bread rolls in half and spread the sauce inside both halves.
  5. Layer the cooked chicken, lettuce, cucumber, and carrots inside the bread.
  6. Add fresh herbs over the layers.
  7. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing chicken and sauce in advance; store separately in the fridge.
