Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd, drained)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to warm up for about 3 minutes.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: Combine cottage cheese, seasoned breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl. Stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  3. Shape the Tots: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and mold them into small shapes.
  4. Prepare the Air Fryer Basket: Lightly spray the basket with olive oil and arrange the tots in a single layer.
  5. Spray the Tops: Give the tops a light misting of olive oil.
  6. Air Fry the Tots: Air fry for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through until golden and crispy.
