Description

A refreshing Watermelon Margarita that merges the sweetness of watermelon with the tang of lime and the kick of tequila, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz agave syrup (optional)
  • Salt for rim (optional)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Blend the cubed watermelon until smooth for a velvety base.
  2. Strain the blended watermelon through a fine-mesh strainer into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add the tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, and agave syrup into the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  5. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired.
  6. Rim the glasses with salt if desired by moistening the rim with lime juice and dipping into salt.
  7. Pour the Watermelon Margarita mixture over ice in the prepared glasses.
