Description

A refreshing treat combining creamy Greek yogurt with fresh fruits and a touch of honey, these low-calorie ice cream bars are perfect for summer indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh fruits (berries, bananas, or peaches)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Optional spices or extracts (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg)

Instructions

  1. Blend the base: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, chopped fresh fruits, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust: Check for sweetness and blend again if necessary.
  3. Mold it: Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
  4. Freeze: Place molds in the freezer for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
  5. Release and enjoy: Run warm water over the molds to help release the bars.

Notes

For fun shapes, use assorted molds. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
