- 2 cups fresh fruits (berries, bananas, or peaches)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Blend the base: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, chopped fresh fruits, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust: Check for sweetness and blend again if necessary.
- Mold it: Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
- Freeze: Place molds in the freezer for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- Release and enjoy: Run warm water over the molds to help release the bars.
Notes
For fun shapes, use assorted molds. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
