Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Grate your zucchini and carrots into a large bowl, then squeeze out any excess moisture with a kitchen towel.
- Mix the Batter: Add flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Stir until combined.
- Heat the Skillet: Pour oil into a skillet over medium heat and let it warm up.
- Form and Fry: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot skillet, flattening them with a spatula.
- Fry to Perfection: Cook each fritter for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown before flipping to cook the other side.
- Drain Excess Oil: Remove the fritters and place them on paper towels to drain any oil. Serve warm.
Notes
